Pumpkin patches, mazes

Hunter Farms, 1921 Highway 106 E., Shelton. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in October. Corn and hay mazes and wagon rides. Hot dogs and other goodies are available on weekends. Call 360-426-2222.

Lattin’s Country Cider Mill & Farm, 9402 Rich Road S.E., Olympia. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily in October. Horse-drawn wagon rides to and from the pumpkin patch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. Families can enjoy Lattin’s famous apple fritters, award-winning cider, feeding the animals and a haunted barn. $2 for parking. Call 360-491-7328.

Pigman’s Pumpkin Patch, 10633 Steilacoom Road S.E., Olympia. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday in October. Other organic vegetables are available. Call 360-491-3276.

Rutledge Farm’s Corn Maze and pumpkin patch, 302 93rd Ave. S.E., Olympia. The pumpkin patch is open from 10 a.m. to dusk daily in October. Horse-drawn hayrides to and from the pumpkin patch on weekends. Maze hours are 10 a.m. to dusk Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Cost for the maze is $7 general, $6 for military, seniors and children (excludes haunted maze). Tickets are sold up to an hour before closing. Call 360-357-3700.

Schilter Family Farm, 141 Nisqually Cut-off Road, Olympia. Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in October. Enjoy hayrides around the pumpkin patch, a petting farm, hay maze, giant corn maze and browsing for fall decorations and gifts. Try the pumpkin cannon and pumpkin sling shot. Call 360-459-4023.

Haunted Maze, 5 to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays through Nov. 1, Rutledge Farm, 302 93rd Ave. S.E., Olympia. Make your way through a maze filled with ghouls and goblins. $10. Last tickets are sold at 10:30 p.m. Call 360-357-3700.
