PLEASE NOTE: Starting July 5, 2011 items for The Agenda will be compiled using our online database at calendar.theolympian.com . This means that your event won't show in print unless it's entered in the online event database first. After July 12, 2011 we will no longer accept event or club notice submissions by fax, snail mail, email or this form. Thanks. Club notices appear in The Agenda on the "Getting Involved" page in the Features section of the Saturday Olympian. We attempt to print all club notices. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, some club notices may be omitted. Deadline for submission is 5 p.m. the Tuesday prior to the Saturday of publication. Any submissions later than the 5 p.m. Tuesday deadline will not be printed. We reserve the right to edit submissions. Questions? Call 754-5438
