Death Notices

Death notices run in The Olympian as news items. There is no charge for death notices, but they must comply with news style and policies. Forms are available at the newspapers front desk, through South Sound funeral homes, by fax or on our Web site. Death notices are composed from those forms. Death notices must arrive by 5 p.m. for possible next-day publication. All deaths must be verified before publication.

Notices can also be delivered to The Olympian at 111 Bethel St. N.E.; mailed to Death Notices, P.O. Box 1219, Olympia, WA 98507; or sent by fax to (360) 357-0202. Direct questions to (360) 754-5420.
