Any establishment receiving more than 45 red demerit points or more than 65 total demerit points will be automatically reinspected in 10 days. If an establishment exceeds those limits twice in a calendar year, the permit will be suspended immediately.

Open glasses of water are left unprotected at front counter; they should be poured as needed. Utensils in use on table were filthy with food debris. Prep sink was being used for washing equipment. Meat slicer was not cleaned after last use. Light over doorway was not protected. Compliance rating: 84 percent.
