A man was hospitalized after being stabbed in the throat in South Seattle Wednesday morning. Seattle police searching the area were unable to find the assailant.
According to the report, officers responded to the reported assault in the 400 block of S. Holgate St. shortly after 10:30 a.m. The stabbing victim was treated by Seattle Fire Department medics at the scene and transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with a non-life threatening wound to the throat.
The suspect was described as a white man in his twenties, approximately six feet tall, 180 pounds and wearing black clothes and a hoodie.
Police believe the suspect and the victim may know each other.
