Two brothers accused in a deadly shooting at a Federal Way gas station last month are expected to be arraigned this morning in a Kent courtroom.
King County prosecutors have charged Alfonso V. Senior, 29, with second-degree murder and his brother, Antoine Senior, 22, with rendering criminal assistance and illegally possessing guns in connection with the Oct. 16 slaying of Darrell Deon Webster. The older brother was being held in jail in lieu of $1 million; the younger brother in lieu of $500,000.
Webster, 24, had been involved in an argument with three men over a woman at the Northshore Bar and Grill. A Puyallup police tribal officer broke up the fight.
Webster left and drove to a gas station in the 2100 block of Southwest 356th Street in Federal Way. Another confrontation broke out and Webster was fatally shot.
Witnesses identified Alfonso Senior as the gunman, according to court documents.
Alfonso Senior and Antoine Senior are scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. at the Regional Justice Center in Kent. We'll update this blog post later this morning with the results of the arraignment.
