A judge in Seattle ordered a 12-year-old Duvall boy to be held in secure detention while he faces charges of threatening his family and classmates at Tolt Middle School in Carnation.
The King County prosecutor's office says the boy pleaded not guilty Friday to assaulting his sister. He previously pleaded not guilty to threatening other members of his family. Prosecutors are still deciding on possible charges in threats directed at the school.
The boy was expelled and arrested last month after two shotguns and a pistol where found in camper at his home.
His next court appearance is set for Nov. 12.
