A King County Superior Court jury has convicted a 20-year-old Seattle man of first-degree murder in the shooting death at a fast-food restaurant in Kent.
Seattlepi.com says the jury on Friday found Edward Cobb guilty of killing Chazerey Bucchus on July 12, 2008, after an argument during the Kent Cornucopia Festival.
Prosecutors allege Cobb shot Bucchus twice at an Arby's restaurant. Cobb has said he shot the man in self-defense.
Cobb is to be sentenced Nov. 30 and faces a prison term of 25 to 31 years.
