An estimated 600 to 700 people filled the streets after mayhem erupted at a Seattle nightclub early Saturday, the Seattle Police said.
According to the report:
The disturbance started after a fight broke out during a concert at the nightclub in the 100 block of S. Horton St. around 2 a.m. The manager said someone was able to slip past security and spray at least one can of mace into the crowd.
During the commotion, a wall was knocked and clubgoers spilled out into the streets. Several people were assaulted and one man was knocked unconscious. About 15 officers were dispatched to the chaotic scene to get the situation under control and the crowd began dispersing.

The Seattle Fire Department set up a staging area at 1st Ave. and Horton to treat the assault victims and patrons affected by the mace. None of the victims wanted to press charges.
