A suspected teen burglar in Pasco found the wrong opponent in a foot chase.
Kim Robison didn't stop to think when her sister pointed at a burglar fleeing down the sidewalk from her home. Instead, the 29-year-old mother of two just ran after him.
Robison has run a couple of half-marathons, and this winter set a goal of running 1,000 miles.
She had run four miles Monday morning. When she and her sister returned to her home to grab a coupon for lunch, they found a burglar in the house. Robison took on the chase when the suspect jumped out a second-floor window, but ended it when the teen veered off onto a little-used trail.
Police quickly captured the suspect, who is a minor and has not been identified.
