Omak police say a body recovered from the Okanogan River may be a 66-year-old Spokane woman missing since Dec. 30.
The police chief, Larry Schreckengast, says the family of Dianne Kristie has been notified that the clothing matches. The official identification will be determined by the autopsy.
The Wenatchee World report Kristie disappeared after leaving a friend's house, and her car was found Jan. 5 in Omak. Police do not suspect a crime.
