Arthur Robbins, 21, recently registered with the Mason County Sheriff's Office as transient within Mason County.
Robbins is required to register as a sex offender due to multiple sexual assault convictions. On Aug. 13, 2003, he pled guilty to Rape of a Child 1st Degree and Assault 4th Degree with Sexual Motivation. These convictions stem from Robbins, at age 13, repeatedly raping a three-year old neighbor boy; and sexually molesting on several occasions, two girls, ages four and seven.
The two little girls were known to Robbins. In June 2003, when he was 14-years-old, Robbins allegedly sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl. No charges were filed, but according to official records, Robbins admitted to authorities that the sexual assaults “probably” occurred because of his extensive illegal drug use.
Robbins has an extensive criminal history to include failure to register as a sex offender, assault, malicious mischief, theft, harassment, and obstruction. Due to these factors he is considered high risk.
He is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches, 190 lbs., blond hair and hazel eyes.
