A commercial broker representing Tacoma's Freighthouse Square said the owners have received "multiple" offers.
The 101-year-old icon went on the block earlier this month, after its owners decided they couldn’t put in the time or money necessary to make it a success. They asked for $3.5 million as a minimum bid by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Eli Berman of Bellevue’s Summerfield Commercial said he couldn’t share any details because his client is now reviewing the offers.
“I wish I could tell you more,” Berman said.
