Boeing is putting one of its 787 Dreamliners on a marketing road trip at the end of this week to give European airlines a sneak peek of the aircraft and its benefits.
Flightblogger reports that Boeing will fly the 787 to Paris and Amsterdam to market the Dreamliner to Air France/KLM, which is looking for aircraft to replace some of its older longer-range aircraft.
The aircraft that will make the swing is the sixth test aircraft, ZA006, which is equipped with General Electric engines. The combined airline has shown a preference for General Electric engines , and Boeing wants to show off one of its Dreamliners equipped with the American enginemaker’s products.
The Dreamliner is available with engines either from GE or Rolls-Royce.
