The Teamsters union says the Horizon Air pilots it represents have approved a new five-year contract with the Seattle-based regional carrier.
The union's Local 1224 says 60 percent of the pilots voting approved the agreement in the ballot count Tuesday.
Horizon and the Teamsters reached a tentative agreement in September after four years of talks. The two sides asked a federal mediator for help last January.
The union says the agreement improves work conditions, scheduling and pay protections, and includes "significant" bonuses for ratification.
Horizon is part of Alaska Air Group, which includes Alaska Airlines. Horizon serves 45 cities in the West, Canada and Mexico.
