The Emma Bulker is expected to arrive today at the Port of Olympia's marine terminal.
The ship, the fourth to visit the port this year, is traveling from Yokohama, Japan, to Olympia, where it will load 5.3 million board feet of Pacific Lumber & Shipping logs. After loading the logs, it is expected to depart for Tianjin, China, on Thursday.
Pacific Lumber & Shipping, a division of the Port Blakely Cos. of Seattle, is the second-largest log-yard tenant at the port after Weyerhaeuser. Other ship details:
