Tacoma-based Franciscan Health System announced Tuesday that it plans to build a 45,000-square-foot medical complex in Bonney Lake that will comprise physicians' offices, an urgent-care clinic and other outpatient health services.
In a release, Franciscan said the facility – Franciscan Medical Pavilion-Bonney Lake – will rise on 3.2 acres at state Route 410 and 184th Street. Construction is scheduled to start in late summer or early autumn, with opening scheduled for fall 2012.
The facility will offer primary care for adults and children, including minor illnesses and injuries, while physicians will have on-site access to laboratory, diagnostic imaging and other services.
Rush Commercial of Gig Harbor has been named as the project developer. Franciscan and Rush will co-own the building, with Franciscan as the primary tenant.
