Celia Nightingale has been hired to be the director of the newly created South Puget Sound Business Resource Center, a joint venture of South Puget Sound Community College and the Thurston Economic Development Council.
Nightingale starts her new position on July 1. The South Puget Sound Business Resource Center will be based at the community college’s new Lacey campus on Sixth Avenue.
Nightingale previously was a small business liaison for the state Department of Labor & Industries. Before that she was director and a certified business adviser of the Small Business Development Center in Lacey.
