Hogum Bay Road in northeast Lacey will be reduced to one lane, beginning Tuesday (Aug. 1), so that crews can grind and build new road sections. Driving delays could last as long as 20 minutes, the city of Lacey warns.
And it’s not just Hogum Bay Road. Willamette Drive, near Hogum Bay Road, also will be reduced to one lane for the remainder of the project.
Drivers should expect major traffic delays in this area for the next two weeks; alternate routes are recommended. A detour route will be set up down Marvin Road, according to the city.
