According to a city news release:
Puget Sound Energy, using subcontractor Pilchuck Contractors, began work Wednesday on upgrades to an underground main along the north side of Sapp Road from R.W. Johnson Boulevard west to the railroad crossing.
Work will occur from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Traffic controls will be in place, and travelers should anticipate disruptions and delays.
The project is expected to be completed in four to six weeks.
