The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office has launched a ground and water search around Alpine Lake for a Bremerton man who has been missing for a week.
Timothy James Huson, 22, was last seen early Jan. 28 at a house party in the 11400 block of Alpine Drive Southwest. He was drunk when he stepped outside the party and never returned, deputies said.
Friends searched the woods around the home but didn’t see him. They assumed he had caught a ride with someone.
Though it was not uncommon for Huson to disappear for a few days at a time, his stepfather and brother reported him missing Wednesday.
Search crews have combed the area around the home where the party took place and sent an underwater team into the lake Thursday.
Huson is unemployed and does not have a vehicle or a cell phone.
He is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has short reddish-blond hair and blue eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his back and the word “pimp” on his right hand.
Huson was last seen wearing a T-shirt, basketball-style shorts and tan work boots.
Anyone who has information on Huson’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Kitsap County Central Communications at 360-308-5400.
