Reality actor pleads not guilty to L&I theft

OLYMPIA - A man who has appeared on the History Channel's reality TV show "Ax Men" pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Thurston County Superior Court to two counts of first-degree theft and 15 counts of second-degree theft for allegedly working while he was receiving permanent disability payments from the state Department of Labor and Industries.
