With government agencies facing severe budget crunches, the LOTT Clean Water Alliance recently announced that it's spending $3 million "to increase public comfort level with reclaimed waste water."
They’ve also raised their rates for the fourth year in a row.
I’m guessing that a “reclaimed water” web page and a couple of fliers would be more than enough to address the public’s reclaimed waste water concerns.
This would save the agency $3 million.
Never miss a local story.
I would then ask that LOTT rebate this money back to its customers.
