Two repeated and expensive ads on TV reflect my reasons to vote for Irene Bowling for 35th District state senator.
In the first, a PAC supporting the opponent grossly misrepresents Bowling’s position on the gas tax. In the second, the opponent demonstrates that he does not represent this district. He walks before an elegant home on beautiful grounds asking for our vote while holding down two government jobs. In the meantime, he, as the incumbent, has done nothing to help fund education or the transportation improvements necessary to help his own economically depressed county move forward.
Voters who care about average working people, about improving the local economy, and about education for our future will not be misled by the incumbent’s and his wealthy friends’ attempts to buy this election; they will also vote for Irene Bowling, the only reasonable choice.
