The South Sound chapter of Pheasants Forever will hold its 15th annual banquet Saturday.
Funds generated at the banquet are kept by the chapter and used only for projects in Washington. The chapter’s current emphasis is on habitat restoration, primarily in Eastern Washington, and special events to get youth involved with the outdoors. For several years the chapter has co-sponsored a trap shoot and a held pheasant a hunt for youth at Joint Base Lewis-McCord.
