Rossi to go to Mason County Senior Center

SHELTON — Dino Rossi will bring his "Road to Victory" tour to Shelton at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, stopping at Mason County Senior Center, 826 W. Railroad Ave.

Sign-waving events to tout Obama today

OLYMPIA — Thurston County Democrats plan a "Kids for Obama" sign-waving events themed to Halloween from 4 p.m. to dusk today.

Adults and children are being encouraged to wear costumes to three sites: Sylvester Park in Olympia, Mountain View Elementary in Lacey and Peter G. Schmidt Elementary in Tumwater. For details, call 360-956-0235.
