The driver was Horacio Cruz-Ronquillo, 37.

Tenino woman charged in fatal crash
A Tenino woman was charged Thursday with one count each of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence after a January traffic crash on 180th Avenue Southeast that killed the passenger in her car, according to court papers.
Karen Lynn Clark, 56, is set to be arraigned in Thurston County Superior Court on April 21.
According to court papers, during the Jan. 12 crash, Clark was headed east on 180th Avenue when she failed to negotiate a right curve, overcorrected, and hit a tree. Passenger James Allen Nernodle, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene. Clark's arm was broken.
"Defendant admitted drinking several whiskeys that evening and had a strong odor of intoxicants about her," said State Patrol troopers who investigated the crash.
Clark's blood-alcohol content three hours after the crash was 0.20, which is above the legal limit for drunken driving.
