Dwight Powell scored 14 points as the Cardinal (10-9, 3-5) lost its fourth straight.
Stanford took its first lead early in the second half and was ahead 38-32 with 15:57 left. The Ducks scored the next 12 points and eventually built a 10-point advantage.
The Cardinal closed to 60-57 before Oregon’s E.J. Singler converted a three-point play with 35 seconds remaining, and Garrett Sim made four free throws in the final 26 seconds.
USC 63, at Arizona State 61: Nikola Vucevic had 26 points and 12 rebounds, and Maurice Jones added 14 points to help the Trojans secure a rare conference road win by beating the Sun Devils. USC (12-9, 4-4) overcame a rash of early turnovers by getting the ball inside to Vucevic and held off ASU (9-11, 1-7) down the stretch to win for just the fifth time in its past 22 conference road games.
At Arizona 85, UCLA 74: Derrick Williams scored 22 points and the Wildcats (17-4, 6-2) shot 52 percent from the field in a victory over the Bruins (13-7, 5-3).
Reeves Nelson finished with a game-high 24 points on 10-of-12 shooting and added 10 rebounds for UCLA.
No. 4 Stanford 91, at Oregon 56: Chiney Ogwumike had 18 points and 12 rebounds, Kayla Pedersen had 11 points and 14 rebounds, and the Cardinal handed the Ducks their most lopsided loss of the season.
Nnemkadi Ogwumike and Sarah Boothe were each just two rebounds away from giving the Cardinal (17-2, 8-0) four players with double doubles as both had 16 points and eight rebounds.
Nia Jackson led Oregon (12-7, 3-5) with 21 points.
At No. 11 UCLA 70, Arizona State 60: Darxia Morris scored 21 points and Antonye Nyingifa added 16 as the Bruins (17-2, 7-1) beat the Sun Devils (12-6, 4-4).
California 60, at Oregon State 47: DeNesha Stallworth scored 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead the Golden Bears (12-7, 4-4) to the win over the Beavers (7-12, 0-8). Talia Caldwell added 14 points and 11 rebounds for Cal.
