John McGrath: Now that US Open practice rounds are over, there’s one question: Who are these golfers?

Everyone knows Tiger, Phil and Rory. But almost two thirds of the field is filled with guys named Jake Knapp, Matt Mabrey and Cody Gribble, who will compete in the US Open along with Nick Hardy, Oliver Farr and Tyler Duncan.
