The Seattle Mariners recalled pitchers Mark Lowe, Brandon Morrow and Jared Wells from Triple-A Tacoma, the club also recalled catcher Rob Johnson and selected the contract of infielder Matt Tuiasosopo from the Rainiers on Tuesday.
In addition to the call-ups, Seattle also transferred infielder Willie Bloomquist from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list.
The 25-year-old Lowe recorded the final out in the seventh inning of Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Rangers.
Morrow, 24, made 40 relief appearances for the Mariners this season. He has racked up a 1-2 record with 10 saves and a 1.47 ERA in addition to 47 strikeouts in 36 2/3 frames.
Wells recorded just one out and gave up a run on one hit and two walks in Tuesday's setback.
Johnson was the Mariners fourth-round selection in the 2004 June draft and made his major league debut on September 4 of last season at the New York Yankees. Johnson took over at catcher for Seattle in the seventh, but was pinch-hit for in the ninth.
Tuiasosopo was the Mariners third-round pick in the 2004 June Draft.
