OAKLAND, Calif. – Former Gonzaga Bulldogs and Washington Huskies point guard Dan Dickau signed with the NBA's Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.

Dickau, who played for the Los Angeles Clippers last season, signed with Italian pro team Air Avellino in August. He was released Monday in what Dickau and Air Avellino described as a mutual agreement.

Dickau, 30, who spent his freshman year of college at Washington before blossoming into Gonzaga's first-ever first-team All-American, has been traded eight times during a six-year career in the NBA.

A native of Vancouver, Wash., Dickau averaged 5.3 points, 2.6 assists and 15.5 minutes per game as a reserve for the Clippers last season.
