Former youth soccer coach, administrator Frank Hall dies at 73

Frank Hall, who dedicated 47 years to youth soccer and was a key figure in building Washington State Youth Soccer Association, has died of cancer. He was 73.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Dec. 16 at Columbia Hall in Lacey.

In 1961, Hall coached the Tacoma Soccer Club Juniors, beginning his lifelong involvement with youth soccer as a coach, referee and administrator.
