COMMUNITY YOUTH SERVICES “COLORFUL 5K” RUN: The run kicks off at 8 a.m. Sept. 20. Registration, with early-bird discounts, is open now. Runners will begin the race in all white and proceed through six “color zones,” where an environmentally safe mix of cornstarch and tempera paint is tossed in the air, covering them with a rainbow of colors. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome. Kids 10 and under are free with a registered adult, but are asked to register for safety reasons.
