All foods must be wholesome, unadulterated. Poultry, chunks of pork meat were found in a refrigerator that was not plugged in. Foods were decaying. According to person in charge, foods were supposed to be discarded. Foods that are not to be used must be disposed of in a sanitary manner. Unused equipment must be removed from facility.
