Soap in dispenser in women's restroom broken. Soap is present but very difficult to get soap. Foot pedals at kitchen hand sink loose and seems to be affecting warm water. Blue - Potato scoops stored between countertops. Store in-use utensils in ice, or hot or cold in food with handles extended. Remove unnecessary/broken equipment from back area outside back door.
