Put good food to good use: Be part of a team that gathers unused, fresh produce from local farms to help feed the needy. (304606)

gardener needed: Put your gardening and people skills to use on a certified, organic vegetable farm. (36513)

Shellfish support: Help in the operation of a local shellfish farm. Alert the public about water pollution, participate in youth programs, and sell oysters to help raise funds. (295790)

first aid trainer: Provide instruction in first aid, CPR, and child care skills. Training provided, certification required. (47124)

senior companion: Keep seniors company in an adult day-care program. Greet clients, serve coffee and participate in activities. (256313)

PROMOTE LITERACY: Participate in events and spread the word about the joy of reading. (281152)

play piano for seniors: Provide background music during activity time at a local retirement home. (47684)

nutrition for seniors: Help a registered dietitian develop a nutritional program for seniors. Work on a newsletter. (304100)
