Sex offender say's he'll live on 161st Avenue

Level 3 sex offender Jeremy M. Wilcox has registered indicating that he will live in the 16000 block of 161st Avenue Southeast in Yelm, according to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office.

Wilcox pleaded guilty March 27, 2001, in Thurston County Superior Court to one count of second-degree child rape, and was sentenced to 10 years of confinement and three to four years of community supervision. The conviction stems from Wilcox, at 17, having sex with a 13-year-old girl he knew.

He pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 1995, in Thurston County Juvenile Court to one count of first-degree child molestation, and was sentenced to 21 to 28 weeks of confinement, with credit for 20 days served. The conviction stems from Wilcox, at 12, sexually assaulting two 3-year-old girls he knew.

He has not completed sex-offender treatment for either conviction, according to the sheriff’s office.

Wilcox, 26, is described as a white male, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 180 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
