The following projects are expected to affect traffic in the coming week, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Eatonville: Sweeping of the center median wall will close lanes in both directions of state Route 161 from Eatonville to Kapowsin Highway. The work will be done from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
Lacey: The shoulder on both directions of Martin Way at Interstate 5 will remain closed 24 hours a day. Pedestrian access on westbound Martin Way is restricted.
Oakville: Pavement testing will close alternating lanes of U.S. 12 at Anderson Road from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday. Similar work will close alternating lanes of U.S. 12 at Moon Road from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday.

South Thurston County: Shaft drilling and concrete pours will close alternating lanes of state Route 121 at I-5 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Wednesday.
South Thurston County: Pavement testing will close alternating lanes of U.S. 12 west of Rochester from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday. Similar work will close alternating lanes of U.S. 12 at Scatter Creek from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday.
