Police seeking 3 men who robbed KeyBank

Lakewood police were searching Wednesday for three men who robbed a bank in the Oakbrook area.

Two of the men went into the KeyBank at 8017 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W. shortly after 9:15 a.m. while the third waited outside as a lookout. One of the robbers had a gun, police said. The robbers demanded cash and left with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

Officers and a police dog searched the area but did not find the bandits. A nearby school was locked down for a short time during the search.

The robbers were described as black, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with medium builds. One wore a bandana over part of his face.
