SeaTac – Horizon Air is dropping one of its daily flights from Walla Walla to Sea-Tac due to a lack of travelers.
A spokesman for the airline said Horizon’s larger planes aren’t getting filled to enough capacity to continue three flights per day to Walla Walla. Beginning Jan. 6, the 11:55 a.m. daily flight to Seattle will be dropped, the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin reports.
Last year the airline started using its 76-seat Q400 planes on the route.
