New 'green' art on display at Sea-Tac

A new "green" art exhibit goes on display today through April 22 at Sea-Tac Airport to celebrate the Port of Seattle's sustainability efforts at the airport.

The display “Go Green at the Port” is the work of Dorothy Rissman. It is located near the exit from Concourse A at the south end of the ticketing level .

All the pieces in the exhibit are made from recycled materials, said the port, the airport’s owner. Rissman spent more than two years collecting trash from the street, construction sites, beaches and the city to convert to art.
