Despite a residential real estate market that is bumping along the bottom, a Windermere-affiliated brokerage has expanded in Pierce County.
Windermere Professional Partners, owned by Jeff Jensen, Michael Robinson and Kevin Mullin, has taken over the operation of longtime brokerage Windermere Real Estate/ Paragon Co., owned by Pierce County Realtor Ron Lunceford.
Professional Partners now operates three offices and employs 100 agents and 14 staff members, Mullin said. Its newest office is in University Place, the former headquarters of Paragon. Paragon was in business for 30 years and consolidated its operations at the end of 2008. It’s now out of business.
