The state Department of Health has charged three Thurston County health care providers with unprofessional conduct.
The Midwifery Program charged midwife in training Rhonda Lee Grantham with unprofessional conduct after Grantham allegedly provided substandard treatment to a patient, kept inadequate records, and practiced with an expired license.
The Occupational Therapy Board charged occupational therapy assistant Amanda L. Roberts, also known as Amanda L. Lawrence, with unprofessional conduct when she didn’t comply with a substance abuse monitoring contract.
The Massage Program charged massage practitioner Erik P. Timblin with unprofessional conduct for allegedly touching a client improperly.
