Two workshops to learn about fruiting native plants and the roles they play in a healthy habitat will be presented next month by Thurston County environmental educators through the Clear Choices for Clean Water program.
A “Fruiting Native Plants for Beginners” workshop is set for 6-8 p.m. Aug. 4, at Cabela’s, 1600 Gateway Blvd. N.E., Lacey. A nature walk to see and identify fruiting native plants is set for 1-3 p.m. Aug. 8.
