A 63-year-old Chelan Falls man could be sentenced to more than a year in prison after pleading guilty to firing a gun to scare children off his property.
The Wenatchee World says Robert A. Davidson entered an Alford plea Monday in Chelan County Superior Court to two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of felony harassment.
Court papers say Davidson found three boys ages 10 and 8 looking for lizards on his property in April. The document says he drove a car at them and pointed a 12-gauge shotgun at two of the boys, then fired the weapon as they ran away.
