SEATTLE - Three brothers - ages 10, 12 and 14 - have been charged with attempted robbery Friday after allegedly trying to steal a gun from a 17-year-old boy aboard a Metro bus earlier this week in Seattle.
The King County Prosecutor’s Office said the 10 year-old boy was shot ac cidentally during the scuffle following the attempted robbery Tuesday.
Charging documents say that the 17-year-old later told police he saw the younger boy reach inside backpack. Fearing he was reaching for a gun, the older boy grabbed him . Police say a gun fired inside the pack wounding the 10-year-old.
