Program will help small-scale farmers

The Mason Conservation District and WSU Mason County Extension are offering a fall program for small-farm entrepreneurs called Cultivating Success.

Participants will learn about sustainable farming practices and production and marketing options for small to mid-sized farms.

Classes will be from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursdays, beginning Oct. 14 and ending Dec. 30. Some weekend field trips are included.
