U.S. marshals arrest suspect wanted in Seattle home invasion robbery last year

A U.S. Marshals fugitive task force aided by the Seattle police arrested a known gang member yesterday that was wanted in a home invasion robbery and assault that occurred in September of last year.

According to the release from the Department of Justice:

Corinthian Ivan Cunningham and four associates allegedly broke into a house and robbed the homeowner at gunpoint taking cash and items valued over $5,000. The victim was struck several times in the head during the incident.

Task Force investigators believed that Cunningham had fled to Missouri and then later returned to Seattle. Task force members conducting surveillance were able to determine that he was a passenger in a vehicle and requested that police pull the car over. Authorities said Cunningham was taken into custody with incident.
