Sex offender to live as transient in Thurston County

Level 3 sex offender Isaac McMillan has registered indicating that he plans to live in Thurston County as a transient, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

According to a news release:

McMillan pleaded guilty Feb. 1, 1994, in Thurston County Superior Court to second-degree rape and was sentenced to five years, two months of confinement and two years of supervision. The conviction stems from McMillan, at 22, sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl he didn’t know.

He pleaded guilty Nov. 2, 1999, in Thurston County Superior Court to third-degree assault with sexual motivation and was sentenced to four months of confinement and one year of supervision. The conviction stems from McMillan, at 27, sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman he had just met.

He pleaded guilty Feb. 8, 2001, in Thurston County Superior Court to second-degree assault and was sentenced to four years, nine months of confinement and three years of supervision.

McMillan, 39, is described as a black male, 6 feet and 235 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
