Level 3 sex offender Patrick Parker has registered indicating that he plans to live in Thurston County as a transient, according to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office.
According to a news release:
Parker was convicted Sept. 13, 1996, of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy and placed in custody of the Oregon Youth Authority for up to nine years. The conviction stems from Parker, at 12, having sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl he knew.
He pleaded guilty Feb. 10, 2003, in Oregon to one count of second-degree sexual abuse and was sentenced to one year, one month of confinement and two years of community supervision. The conviction stems from Parker, at 19, having sex with a 14-year-old girl he knew.
A report was filed with the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on July 17, 2010, alleging that Parker had committed first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual penetration. He was jailed for the offense, but a final disposition and sentencing information aren’t available. The victim was a developmentally delayed woman he knew.
Parker, 28, is described as a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches and 165 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
